SEMA Show 2026 runs Tuesday, November 3 through Friday, November 6 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The public day is Friday, November 6. The trade show days are Tuesday through Thursday, November 3 through 5.

Rock N' Potato is open Monday through Thursday until 11:30pm and Friday through Sunday until 1:00am. That means the kitchen covers the entire SEMA week: Tuesday through Thursday nights the kitchen runs until 11:30pm, which covers a comfortable post-show-floor dinner window. Friday, November 6 is the public day and also a 1:00am night at Rock N' Potato, so the kitchen is running until late after the show floor closes for the last time.
