From the Venetian Expo, Caesars Forum, and Wynn Las Vegas, Rock N' Potato is even closer, sitting on or adjacent to the same stretch of Las Vegas Blvd. From MGM Grand, the walk north along the Strip is about 10 minutes or a short rideshare.

During the conference week, Rock N' Potato is open Monday through Thursday until 11:30pm and Friday through Sunday until 1:00am. re:Invent evening events and networking sessions run late. The kitchen matches the schedule. Whether dinner is at 7pm after the afternoon keynote or at 10pm after the partner reception ends, the hours work.
There is no reservation to make. Walk in, order at the counter, eat. That is the entire process. For a conference week where every hour is already over-scheduled, removing one more thing to coordinate is worth something.
