Food Near LVCC NAB Show Las Vegas

NAB Show brings the global broadcast and media technology industry to Las Vegas every April. The 2026 exhibit hall ran April 19 through 22 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, 3150 Paradise Rd, with conference and education sessions beginning April 18. Approximately 55,000 broadcast engineers, video production professionals, streaming platform executives, film and television technologists, and content creators from 160 countries descend on the LVCC for four days. Over 1,400 exhibitors fill the show floor. This is a high-spend B2B audience that travels internationally for the show, arrives with an expense account, and has been evaluating cameras, editing systems, streaming infrastructure, and broadcast equipment on its feet all day.

After four days of that, the convention center dining options are not the answer. Rock N' Potato is 0.8 miles south of the Las Vegas Convention Center on Las Vegas Blvd, at Showcase Mall, Suite 207. Counter service, no reservation. Open until 1am on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights for the end-of-show crowd.

Getting from the LVCC to Rock N' Potato

The Las Vegas Convention Center is at 3150 Paradise Rd, one block east of Las Vegas Blvd. Rock N' Potato is at Showcase Mall on Las Vegas Blvd, approximately 0.8 miles south. A short rideshare from the LVCC drops you at Showcase Mall in minutes; the walk south on Las Vegas Blvd takes about 15 minutes if you prefer to move after a day of standing on a trade show floor.

Showcase Mall is on the east side of Las Vegas Blvd, next to M&M World. Take the escalator to the second-floor food court. Suite 207 is a short walk from the escalator. The 0.8-mile gap between the convention center and the restaurant is the gap between convention food and a meal worth sitting down for.

Why the LVCC dining options miss the mark for NAB attendees

NAB Show draws the kind of professional who spends the day evaluating broadcast cameras worth $50,000, streaming infrastructure that powers major networks, and post-production systems used on major studio productions. These are people with sophisticated taste in their work and, generally, in everything adjacent to it. The convention center concessions are designed for volume. Rock N' Potato is designed for food.

A 4.8 on Google and a 4.9 on TripAdvisor means the ratings hold over time, across a wide range of customers. For a NAB attendee who has been eating convention food for three or four days straight, the quality difference is immediate. Counter service means no wait. No reservation means no planning required beyond deciding to make the short trip south on the Strip.

What to order at Rock N' Potato after NAB Show

These are the right orders for the post-show NAB crowd coming off the LVCC exhibit hall:

Fleetwood MacDaddy $35.95

The post-show splurge for a media professional on an expense account. This is the flagship order: a fully loaded experience that reflects the spirit of a restaurant that named itself after a band and built its menu with the same generosity. For someone who just spent four days at the largest media technology trade show on the planet, the Fleetwood MacDaddy is the order that matches the scale of the week. Order it on the last night of the show and close out NAB properly.

Fleetwood Mac $20.95

The mid-week sit-down order. Same culinary spirit as the MacDaddy, at a price point that works for any night of the show rather than just the last one. If the MacDaddy is the closing ceremony, the Fleetwood Mac is the working dinner order for a broadcast engineer who wants something real after a day of product demos.

Lobster Roll $16.95

The quick, distinctive option for the NAB attendee who has been eating convention food for three days and wants something that tastes like it was made with care. The Lobster Roll is fast counter service and a noticeably different order than anything available inside the convention center. For the media professional who values the quick win, this is it.

Cheese Fries $8.95

The table add-on. Crispy fries, melted cheese, easy to split. Works alongside any of the above. Put one in the middle of the table and consider the side question handled for the evening.

Birria King $16.95

The client dinner alternative. If you are hosting a smaller group after a day of meetings on the show floor and the sit-down restaurant reservation did not come together, the Birria King at Rock N' Potato is a genuinely good substitute. Slow-braised birria built into a full burger. The kind of meal that makes a positive impression without requiring a reservation or a two-hour commitment.

NAB Show hours and Rock N' Potato kitchen hours
