Olivia Rodrigo's "The Unraveled Tour" plays T-Mobile Arena for two nights: Saturday December 19 and Sunday December 20, 2026. Two-night runs in Las Vegas during the holiday travel season bring out-of-town crowds from everywhere, and T-Mobile Arena at 3780 S Las Vegas Blvd puts them right on the same block as Showcase Mall. Rock N' Potato is on that block at 3785 S Las Vegas Blvd, second floor, Suite 207. Both show nights are Saturday and Sunday, which means the kitchen stays open until 1:00am on each of them. Counter service, no reservation, and the full menu is available from 8:00am straight through to 1:00am both nights.
December in Las Vegas draws a crowd that is already in vacation mode and spending freely. A counter meal at Showcase Mall beats waiting 45 minutes for a table at a restaurant two blocks away, and it leaves time to get to the arena without rushing. Order, eat, walk.
Getting from T-Mobile Arena to Showcase Mall
T-Mobile Arena is at 3780 S Las Vegas Blvd, just off Las Vegas Blvd on Toshiba Plaza, between Park MGM and New York-New York. Showcase Mall is at 3785 S Las Vegas Blvd, directly across the boulevard on the same block. The walk is short: cross Las Vegas Blvd, head to the Showcase Mall entrance, take the escalator up next to M&M World, and you are on the second floor. Suite 207 is in the food court.
Pre-show, the walk from Showcase Mall to T-Mobile Arena is the same route in reverse. Plan to leave Showcase Mall about 30 to 40 minutes before the show starts to account for entry lines at the arena. Post-show, the walk back to Showcase Mall for a late meal takes less than five minutes on foot, and the kitchen is open until 1:00am on both December 19 and 20.
What to Order Before or After the Show
The menu runs from a $8.95 cheesecake to a $20.95 loaded potato. These five items cover the full range from a sweet finish to a proper meal:
Fruity Pebbles Cheesecake $8.95
The dessert that earns its own mention. Creamy cheesecake topped with Fruity Pebbles cereal: colorful, bold, and the kind of item that gets photographed before it gets eaten. For a crowd that runs young and has an eye for what looks good, this is the order to know about. It works as a standalone after the show or as the finish after a full counter meal. At $8.95 it is also the easiest add-on on the menu.
Birria King $16.95
The lead item on the birria menu. Slow-braised Angus beef birria built into a full plate, with consomme on the side. This is the order for anyone who wants a proper sit-down-quality meal at counter service speed. Pre-show, it is done fast enough to leave you time to get to the arena. Post-show, it is the meal that makes a late December Saturday night in Las Vegas feel complete. Order it first.
Wings $10.95
Buffalo, Garlic Parmesan, or Mango Habanero. Wings are the group pre-show order: easy to split across however many people are at the counter, fast to eat, and done before anyone needs to leave for the arena. They also work as a standalone post-show order on a night when the Birria King is already spoken for. Versatile, quick, and built for a crowd that is moving on a schedule.
Cheese Fries $8.95
Crispy fries loaded with cheese sauce. The order for anyone who wants something fast, satisfying, and easy to share before the show. At $8.95 it rounds out a group order without adding much to the total. Pair it with the Birria King or the wings for a full pre-show spread that covers the whole group.
Fleetwood Mac $20.95
The signature loaded potato, named for a rock legend. Rock N' Potato is a rock-themed restaurant and the Fleetwood Mac is the plate that anchors the house side of the menu. Fully loaded, substantial enough for a long December night, and the right order for anyone who wants the full Rock N' Potato experience rather than a quick bite on the way to the show. Take your time with it post-show when the kitchen is still open and the arena crowd has thinned out.

Two-Night Run and Late-Night Hours
Both nights of The Unraveled Tour in Las Vegas fall on weekend nights: Saturday December 19 and Sunday December 20. Rock N' Potato's Friday through Sunday kitchen closes at 1:00am, which means both show nights are fully covered, pre-show and post-show.
The pre-show window is strong on both nights. If the show starts around 7:30pm or 8:00pm (confirm the exact time on your ticket), arriving at Showcase Mall by 5:00pm to 6:30pm gives you a comfortable meal before heading across the boulevard. The post-show window is equally clear: the kitchen is open until 1:00am, which covers the end of any arena show that wraps before midnight.
Monday through Thursday the kitchen runs until 11:30pm, in case you are extending your Las Vegas trip into the week and need a place to eat near T-Mobile Arena on a non-show night. For the show nights themselves, both December 19 and December 20 run until 1:00am. No reservation needed on either night. Walk in and order.
