Showcase Mall, Suite 207 | Las Vegas Strip

That Is Not a Slogan.

It is why this restaurant exists.

Rock N' Potato started like the potato itself: ordinary, overlooked, and wildly underestimated. Founder Kenny Dang opened the doors in 2022 with a simple idea. If the humble potato can become a lobster-loaded rockstar, so can you.

Kenny Dang and the Idea That Started on a Potato

Kenny Dang is the co-founder of Dirt Dog, the brand that became known as the Official Hot Dog of Los Angeles. He knows how to take a food category that people overlook and turn it into something worth crossing the city for.

Rock N' Potato came from the same instinct. Take the one food everyone already loves, the baked potato, and ask what happens when you stop treating it like a side dish.

The answer was the Fleetwood MacDaddy: a $35.95 lobster-loaded potato on the Las Vegas Strip that people drive in from across the valley to eat. And a $9.95 Original Groupie that tourists on a food-court budget call the best thing they ate all trip.

Why Rock Legends? Why Potatoes?

Because both are the real thing.

Rock legends built careers on raw talent and an unwillingness to be ignored. The potato is the most democratic food on the planet: it feeds everyone, it adapts to everything, and it has been quietly holding up cuisines for centuries.

We named the builds after rock legends because both deserve more credit than they get. The Fleetwood MacDaddy. The Dirty Motley. The Chuck Berry Fried Chicken. The Original Groupie. Each one is a nod to the kind of performance that does not apologize for being exactly what it is.
