Buffalo, Garlic Parmesan, or Mango Habanero. At $10.95, wings are the group starter that does not ask anyone to make a commitment. MJBizCon runs December 1 through 4, 2026. During the conference, Rock N' Potato is open Monday through Thursday until 11:30pm and Friday through Sunday until 1:00am. The Tuesday through Thursday show days are covered to 11:30pm, and the Friday close runs to 1:00am for the final day. Whether dinner is at 7pm after the afternoon sessions or later after an evening networking event, the hours work.
